DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 60 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
What is “Free Returns” Coverage? When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

We can ship to addresses within Australia. Free standard shipping on orders over A$99. International orders are not currently accepted via this online store in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
