All orders are shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from order being placed.

Shipping is estimated between 2 and 14 days, depending on buyer location. Most arrive within 2-7 days. If your order still hasn't arrived after 14 business days please contact us so we can investigate.

 Shipping to  International Countries Could take up to 2-24 weeks

"International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

"Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to  buying."

It's up to the buyer to make sure that the product they buy is allowed in the country. Talisman Hobbies and Craft will not be responsible if the Item is Confiscated. No Refunds will be given.

Most items are sent with Australia Post.
Some bulky items may be sent via Fastway Couriers.

 Signature on delivery and Insurance

 Domestic Customers

Unless written Instructions are Placed in the Customer Instruction box that  Signature on delivery is not required,  and understand that by not having it  will be at the Customer Understanding that  Talisman Hobbies and Craft will not be Responsible For the parcel going missing once delivered. But that Talisman Hobbies has the discretion to remedy the situation.

Talisman Hobbies and Craft will have the discretion to put Signature on delivery if no written customer instructions are left.

Added Insurance will be placed on orders over $50.00 including shipping.

 International Customers

Signature on delivery will always be added if the value of the parcel is over $10.00  including shipping

EXPRESS POST

Express Post  Items will leave our business same day if ordered before 3.00 pm, Mon- Friday or next business day, if the order is done after this time or on a weekend or public Holiday, Once the article is l handed over To Aust Post or a courier Talisman Hobbies are not responsible for any delays why the order is in transit.
